Velvet & Dash Interiors was set up in 2011 by Charlotte Starling when she decided to turn a long-term passion and sideline of renovating and designing homes into a full-time business. An imaginative and flexible designer with over 15 years' experience, Charlotte has a confident and relaxed style combining classic simplicity with a modern flair. All the homes she works on are celebrations of individualism, but most of all they are spaces which are elegant, tranquil and decorative.
Charlotte's previous career in television as a producer and director of factual and entertainment programmes, working with everyone from Clive James to Griff Rhys Jones, Davina McCall to Dan Snow, means she has an excellent grounding in people skills, high level project management, and working to budgets and schedules.
